The restaurant was packed with the "after church" rush, but Kadinz was calm and attentive. She made sure all her guests were taken care of. We will definitely eat at Pop's again. ”
“ Absolutely delish!! Service is beyond fabulous!! We visited today —- my husband had a patty melt and French fries. I asked about their baked pities since it said they would be ready at 4– it was 1:30. She said she would check and let me know. She came back and thought they could do a baked potato and make it loaded with pulled pork as they had never done it before. I told her this was the way they serve it in Kansas at barbecue joints. She thought they could do that. So upon delivery, my husband had a patty melt with French fries and I ended up with a loaded baked potato with pulled pork. It was excellent and more than almost I could eat. Excellent service good pricing no complaints at all.!!!! If we get back in this area again, we will definitely come back ”

“ While traveling we wanted to support local businesses instead of chains so we chose Pop's BBQ for this stop. It's a quiet place in a small town just a few miles from the interstate. The service was fast and friendly. The chairs were sturdy and comfortable. The one server was running the whole front of house and doing a great job. The fried okra, onion rings and fries were plentiful and fried to perfection. The burger was juicy, flavorful and grilled exactly the way I wanted. The diced BBQ was flavorful and juicy. The potato salad is southern style with good flavor and consistency. The parking lot is easy to enter and exit in a personal sized vehicle. Parking a large RV or trailer might be a bit difficult depending on how busy they are. There was a small surcharge when we used our card instead of paying cash but it literally covered the transaction fee, which is money not staying in the local community so we didn't mind. We'll stop here again if we get the chance to. ”
